Holistic Physical Therapy

Adaptive Physical Therapy is a specialized form of therapy designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges. The goal is to help people achieve their highest level of function, independence, and quality of life through customized therapeutic exercises, techniques, and interventions.

This form of therapy is often used for individuals with disabilities, aging adults, or those recovering from injury or surgery. It incorporates a variety of approaches depending on the person’s needs, such as modified exercises, assistive devices, manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities and cognitive/emotional support.

Overall, adaptive physical therapy is highly individualized, focusing on maximizing a person’s potential, promoting mobility, and enhancing overall well-being.
